Craig is a lifelong resident of the Hawkesbury, growing up on acres in Glossodia and attending Glossodia Primary and Hawkesbury High before joining the family real estate business in 2000.
Starting as a ‘general hand’, during his years in the industry Craig has experienced all facets of the property industry and to further his knowledge, attended many training sessions and conferences. Although he has been successful in all areas, he has developed a definite interest in Property Management and now specialises in that field, where he has strong empathy for both his landlords and tenants. He is now recognised as one of the leading Property Managers in the area. In 2022 he became the owner of Speechley Property.
Outside of real estate, Craig has a deep passion for soccer, which he began playing with the Glossodia U/7’s before progressing through various levels to Youth League with Marconi/Southern Districts. He also represented MetWest in both Primary & Secondary schools. Futsal Indoor Soccer was also a passion and Craig represented at regional, state and national levels, enjoying overseas trips to a number of countries, including Brazil with national teams.
As well as soccer and property management, his interests include snowboarding and travel and while travelling through Europe for 3 months, Craig took the opportunity to study property management trends to keep up to date with new methods and procedures.
Growing up on acres, he could not wait to return to that lifestyle and built a home on acres in East Kurrajong, which he recently sold and is now about to start building again on an acre in Kurmond.
As the owner of Speechley Property, Craig is dedicated to his profession and believes in providing nothing less than a consistent, high level of service to both landlords and tenants, to ensure all are completely satisfied.
